The geometric dissection is of cutting one or more geometric figures
into pieces that can be rearranged to form the other figures. The
purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the dynamic process of
constructing, cutting and rearranging from figures to figures. The
content includes the dissection between plane figures, special types of
hinged dissections, dissecting solids and dissecting the surfaces of
solids. With the help of Cabri Geometry

a tool for geometric constructions, we may experience these dissections
ourselves, moving, adjusting and animating pieces to pieces under the
dynamic circuses. This paper thus provides such circuses, or in other
words, provides a different aspect of viewing geometric dissections. |
